Committees

Campaign Activities - Coordinates with our Republican candidates to find out how our club members can support them. The Campaign Activities Committee organizes door knocks, postcard writing, phone banks, and other campaign activities to raise awareness in the community about our candidates.

Tech Support - Manages the club's website, email lists, and other technologies not managed by other committees.

Return to Literacy Book Drive - Coordinates book collections, sorting, and distribution of K-12 book donations for our annual book drive benefitting LCPS Title 1 schools.

Legislation (National, State, Local) - Tracks local, state and national issues. This committee keeps the club informed and provides suggested action items for club members to contact elected officials. With 2023 being a local election year, this committee is focused on the local issues and helping our local candidates.

Fundraising - This committee focuses on fundraising so the club can donate to charitable efforts and support Republican candidates and political causes.

​

Special Events - This committee initiates and organizes special events and programs, from our guest speakers at club meetings to our annual Lincoln Reagan Dinner, to impromptu social gatherings.

​

Philanthropy - This committee identifies charitable needs in the community and coordinates LCRWC efforts to support the charities.

​

Membership/Welcoming - This committee provides a welcoming presence at all club meetings and events. Committee members reach out to prospective and existing club members to ensure they are included in our activities. Committee members track club volunteers hours to be reported to VFRW.
